What is a phisher?

A phisher is a fake page of any log in page, where it steals username and password and mail them to the hacker.

Example :

Youŕe going to log in Yahoo! Mail. The page is fake. It is created by a hacker and after you enter your password, it will redirect you to the same page saying ´log-in´ is impossible, but secretly mail your id and password to the hacker.
